Mass vaccination clinics emerged to help vaccinate thousands of people against COVID-19 in the first part of 2021.

In Charlotte, they emerged from a public-private partnership. Those events set the stage for how innovation can pave the way for the future of health care.

“All the things that we do around health care, whether it's advanced sensing technologies, whether it's communication technologies, or other sort of chemical processing technologies that go into pharmaceutical developments and software, there's just so many opportunities for the healthcare community and the technology community to come together in these kinds of hubs to really create momentum toward the future,” John said.
