Robert Workman joined PSS Industrial Group as the CEO and Director in March 2020. Prior to his role at PSSI, he was President, CEO & Director of DistributionNOW from 2014 to 2019, a spinoff that he led of the Distribution Services business unit at National Oilwell Varco. Previously, Mr. Workman was Group President, Distribution & Transmission, at NOV, a company with whom he started as a warehouseman in 1990. Throughout his career, Robert has led dozens of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including well known distributors such as Wilson Supply and CE Franklin, based in Houston, Texas, USA and Calgary, Alberta, Canada, respectively. Mr. Workman holds a M.B.A. from Rice University.


Phillip Goodwin is currently the President of Midstream Operations and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PSS Industrial Group. In this role, he leads Supply Chain, Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing, Pricing, Digital strategy and all midstream operations. Prior to joining PSSI, Mr. Goodwin was with DistributionNOW since 2011, his last position held being President. Before being named President he served as Vice President of Sales & Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of Business Development. From 2008 to 2011, he was Director of Business Development at Xerox Corporation. Mr. Goodwin began his career in 2004 with Booz Allen Hamilton onsite at NASA's Johnson Space Center, where he led the strategic planning and logistics team for the International Space Station and built logistics and financial models for energy companies. He holds a B.S. degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.


Colby Forrester joined PSS Industrial Group in May 2021 as President of Pipe, Valves, and Fittings. Mr. Forrester started his career in warehouse operations with Red Man Supply. He progressed through many different positions operationally. Mr. Forrester transferred to the corporate office to help with national accounts and marketing. He later founded Remington Pipe & Supply, which was acquired and became a part of Apex Remington/Elite Supply. Most recently, Colby spent the last five years as President of Bell Supply.


Noel Connolly is President of Downstream and Industrial Operations at PSS Industrial Group. In this role Noel leads all P&L and Balance Sheet activities for the division which includes Industrial Air Tool and Safety Services. Prior to joining PSS Industrial, Noel held senior executive corporate roles including Senior Vice President Supply Chain, Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President Sales and Operations with National Oilwell Varco. He also led the Process, Innovation and Technology application organization at DNOW. In addition Noel has held global consulting leadership roles with Hitachi Consulting, KPMG and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Noel also has extensive experience with Private Investment and was responsible for a successful digital private investment backed enterprise with a focus within Oil and Gas. Noel holds a first class honors degree in Applied Computer Science from the Waterford Institute of Technology.


Edward (Ed) Hemphill is the President of Manufacturing Businesses at PSS Industrial Group. He is responsible for the businesses of SPY® Pipeline Inspection, Airtech Spray Systems, Syntex Slings, and B&B Mechanized Solutions. Prior to PSSI Group, Ed founded Macston Services that provided technical and corporate expertise to energy related businesses and litigation consulting on federal court intellectual properly lawsuits and international arbitration disputes. Prior to Macston, he was the Vice President of Drilling for Proserv Operations preceded by the Vice President of Engineering, Drilling Division position at Forum Energy Technologies. Ed began his career at Cooper Cameron corporation followed by various positions including the Global Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance during his 10 years of service at Hydril Company and 3 years with General Electric post the acquisition of Hydril Company in 2008. Ed graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
